A message on life from Spain

The following is an excerpt from a message from my closest friend over in Spain.  I traveled with her, got to know her, and found that we share many of the same ideals about the world.  Last night I sent her an email congratulating her on the scholarship she received to go study in Berlin.  Like me, Carolina has a concentration in Social Work and is also quite preoccupied with the state of the world.  At the bottom is the email received, if anyone would rather not read the translation. 

"Kelsey, the world is indeed a strange place, this morning I was thinking exactly that...  and I loved getting your message that corroborates my thoughts.

The strange thing is everything and these complexities are inherent in us human beings. Knowing ourselves, internalizing, being in stillness.  We need to carry a total certainty, to reach deep down inside of ourselves, to close wounds in order to control our emotions when we get hurt... And its difficult when we live in this crazy world where everything is a lie. Magic and creativity is the only reality, the energy of our body, and what intuition tells us...



We always learned that the world was material, that the actual was only demonstrable and tangible, the rest is madness... And I do not believe this is everything.  Now is a special time to close and heal what hurts us to grow internally and so can see the results on the outside. Everything is within us and the rest (the outside, our relationships, our jobs, our way of life in the world and how the world responds to us) is the result of our interior.  I think it all seems easier than it looks, but first we need to work HARD to heal and change everything they taught us, and everything we see on television, newspapers, films, ... the world is a theater ..


We work for the Power to learn, Power to control, power to recover our own power and find the balance needed to live in the here and now, and share with others the secret of this life.

"ayy kelsey, el mundo si que es un lugar extraño, esta mañana pensaba exactamente eso..y me encanto recibir tu mensaje que corroboraba mi pensamiento.

Lo raro que es todo y lo complejos que somos los seres humanos. El conocernos a nosotros mismos, el interiorizar, el estar en quietud..Necesitamos llevar una constancia total, para poder llegar a lo mas hondo de nosotros mismos, para poder cerrar heridas, para poder controlar nuestras emociones cuando nos hacen daño..y es difícil cuando vivimos en este mundo de locos, en donde todo es mentira. La magia, y la creatividad es la única realidad, la energia de nuestro cuerpo, y la intuición que nos habla...

Siempre nos enseñaron que el mundo era material, que lo real era solo lo demostrable, y tangible(aquello que podemos tocar), que lo demas es una locura..y no creo que sea asi. Ahora es un momento especial para cerrar y curar aquello nos duele, para crecer interiormente y asi poder ver los resultados en el exterior. Todo esta dentro de nosotras y lo demas, (lo exterior, nuestras relaciones, nuestro trabajo, nuestra forma de vivir en el mundo y como el mundo nos responde) es el resultado de nuestro interior. Creo que es todo mas sencillo de lo que parece, pero antes necesitamos trabajar MUCHO para curar y cambiar todo lo que nos enseñaron un dia, y todo lo qye vemos en la televisión, prensa,películas, series...es un teatro..

Trabajarnos para Poder aprender, poder controlar, poder recuperar nuestro PODER y encontrar el equilibrio necesario para vivir aquí y ahora, y poder transmitirle a los demas este secreto de la vida..."
